Welcome to the Jocasta Productions Films mobile application (the “App”), operated by Jocasta Productions Films (“Jocasta Productions Films,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The Jocasta Productions Films App provides users with access to entertainment content, information about our film and television productions, promotional materials, announcements, and other features that we may make available from time to time.

All content associated with Jocasta Productions Films, including but not limited to:

- Logos and trademarks
- Photographs and artwork
- Graphics and designs

- Audio and video
- Promotional materials
- Original concepts and creative works

is owned by or licensed to Jocasta Productions Films or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted content without authorization.

Any purchase may also be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Jocasta Productions Films does not intend to store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated in our Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.

Third-party services are operated independently from Jocasta Productions Films and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We attempt to keep the App available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational purposes.

13. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or new features.

You may need to install updates to continue using certain features of the App.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet every user's requirements or that it will operate without interruption or errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jocasta Productions Films and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jocasta Productions Films and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or otherwise misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

18. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and disclose information.

The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms & Conditions.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution procedures.
